Booking
How to book a service, slot availability, last-minute bookings.
Pick a category, location and preferred time. The system shows available providers with prices and ratings. Confirm and pay online — the provider is notified instantly.
Availability is real-time — the calendar shows open slots on a chosen day. There's no 'maybe we can find time' — either it's free or it's not.
Yes, if a provider has an open slot. Some offer same-day bookings (with a surcharge), others require 24h notice. Each provider's policy is on their profile.
Up to 90 days by default. For recurring subscriptions (e.g. weekly cleaning) you can set up a series with no limit.
Payments & invoices
Accepted methods, VAT, invoices and refunds.
BLIK, Visa/Mastercard, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All via Stripe — secure and PCI-DSS compliant. No cash.
Yes. Each transaction generates a VAT invoice in your dashboard. As a private customer you get a receipt, as a business — an invoice with your VAT ID.
At booking, tick 'I want a VAT invoice' and enter your VAT ID. The invoice will be emailed and available in your dashboard.
Free cancellation up to 24h = full refund. Later — partial or none (per provider policy). If the provider no-shows or service doesn't meet standards — we refund 100%.
For customers
Cancellations, subscriptions, ratings, support.
Open the booking in your dashboard → 'Cancel booking'. Free up to 24h before. Later — per the provider's policy (shown on their profile).
Pick frequency (e.g. weekly), start date, preferred hours. The system books a series with the same provider at a preferential price. Pause or cancel anytime.
Yes — after each completed service you'll get an email asking for a rating (1-5 stars) and review. Ratings are verified (real customers only) and shown publicly on the provider's profile.

For businesses
Joining the platform, commissions, payouts, verification.
Sign up in 5 minutes: company details, service scope, pricing, coverage area. After document verification (usually 1-2 working days) your profile goes live.
Depends on the plan: Starter 12%, Professional 8%, Scale 5%. Commission is auto-deducted from each transaction — full transparency.
Payouts happen every 7 days via Stripe Connect — transfer to your bank account. Balance and payout history are always visible in the finance panel.
Business documents (CEIDG/KRS), liability insurance, employee background checks, work samples (before/after photos). Verification protects you and customers.
Safety & privacy
Insurance, employee verification, complaints, GDPR.
All providers on the platform must hold valid liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount. We verify this on registration and annually.
Yes — we require a clean criminal record (National Criminal Register) for every employee performing the service. Plus mandatory training (H&S, GDPR).
Report via the dashboard ('Report a problem' on the booking) — we respond in 24h. We mediate between customer and provider. If needed, we pay compensation from our guarantee fund.
Full GDPR compliance. Phone numbers are not shared between customer and provider — communication goes through the platform (anonymous proxy). Data stored in the EU, encrypted.
